Training Options

Momentum 6-Week Program
This 6 week program is created for you do on your own. Exercises are demoed on individual videos in your workout. You have 3 strength workouts a week, 1 core/conditioning, 2 walks built in. You will track progress with pictures and logging weight used in workouts as you go. Built in checks in to help keep you on track for the next 6 weeks.
Keep in mind once purchased the program expires 7 weeks from then. It is built to start pictures and weigh in on Sunday and workouts on Monday.
